These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from
us, Your Baby Can UK Ltd
Customer Service
Should you wish to speak to our customer services department about any product purchased
or regarding the delivery of your order please telephone 0844 481 9605, Monday to
Friday. To place a new order please call 0844 481 9604
Delivery
We aim to deliver to your door within 5-7 days. Products that are despatched by
our nominated carrier will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery
(POD). Not all our products will require a proof of delivery signature and our customer
service team will be happy to advise.
On occasion we will not be able to guarantee a delivery date; however, we will make
every reasonable effort to ensure that goods are delivered within 28 days of being
ordered.
We deliver to all UK addresses.
Availability
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several
products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available;
we will send the remainder of your order as soon as the stock becomes available.
If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 30 days from the
day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will
propose a new delivery date or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you
with substitute goods.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Prices in our catalogue, on our website, and in promotional materials, all include
VAT at the appropriate rate. For VAT refunds (where applicable), please contact
our customer services department.
Ways to pay
By Telephone
To place an order by telephone call us on 0844 481 9604.Our friendly, trained call
centre staff will take your order. Your calls will be charged at national rates.
If you wish to place an order please have your credit or debit card to hand. We
accept Switch, MasterCard, Delta and Visa.
Our customers must be 18 years of age or over. You will be asked to provide your
personal details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided
by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have
the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit or debit card you
present to us.
By Post
To order by post, please write to us telling us which product you wish to purchase.
Please enclose a cheque for the amount, including postage & packing, made payable
to Your Baby Can.

Right to Cancel
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, excluding postage. You have a right to cancel
your order at any time up to 20 working days after the day of delivery. Please call
our customer services department, should you change your mind.
Cancellation & Returns
Provided the goods are returned in good condition and not used we will issue a refund
within 7 days. Should you wish to return a product to us, please call our customer
service no 0844 481 9605 for an authorisation code, then send it to our returns

Please include a letter confirming your details and stating the reasons for return
when sending your parcel back to us.
If you are cancelling because there is a fault with the product, clearly state details
of the fault. If one element of the package is faulty, please call us to arrange
a replacement part rather than sending the whole package back. We will meet the
cost of returning the product or products to us if the goods are faulty or incorrect
. All returns should be sent via the Post Office. We will not be held responsible
for meeting the cost of returning product(s) by any other method For all other cancellations,
you must return the goods to us at your cost.
If you are returning a product or products, please ensure they are returned safely
in or with the original shipping box and packaging materials.

Statutory Rights
To obtain a refund, you must return the goods to us in the same condition as they
arrived. So that there is no doubt, anything we say above in relation to returns,
does not apply to any claim that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.
Therefore if the goods are faulty or were damaged in transit, we will cover the
postage costs.
Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any
shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery,
or refund you with the amount paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to limit our liability to you for fraudulent
misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at
the time of publication

Your Baby Can is registered as a data user under the above Act. The company’s registered
entry contains descriptions of the sources, uses and disclosure of personal data
held by the company. Information supplied by you will be used for administering
your account details, and for promoting goods and services to you.
We may, with your consent, disclose your information to a third party service provider.
We may also send you information about goods and services from other companies.
Before we do this, we will ask if you wish to receive such offers at the time you
place your order.
If you have not been asked, or if you do not wish to receive these offers, please
contact us. You also have a right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about
you and to have any inaccuracies corrected and to tell us in writing at the address
given below if you do not wish to receive marketing offers by mail, telephone or
any other means.
By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. Your Baby can
have the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices at any time.

Please see the table below for call charges to our 0845 numbers. These call charges
are based on charges from a BT landline. Charges may vary with other phone service
providers. These costs are therefore a guideline only. Every effort has been made
